He is so knowledgeable and as pleasant as can be. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and today, just one day after that, your guys came to install my new furnace. “Wanted to briefly highlight Harry’s professionalism on Friday when he worked on replacing my old unit/installing the new Trane AC system. He was there the longest given what he had to do, started around 9am and left late afternoon. He was professional, kind, answered all my questions and was an overall pleasant experience.
