Electrical or Mechanical Component has failed
If we have the parts, most repairs can be made on the spot while the technician is already on site.
If we don’t have the parts:
We try to source local parts in order to make the repair the same or next day.
If the parts need to come from another state, we work to expedite delivery to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
410A Refrigerant is low
Slightly low: more refrigerant will be added to get your system running again.
Very low: our technician will advise you on a plan for locating and repairing the leak along with an estimate of how long that process will take.
What should i do about my r-22 air conditioning system?
The EPA has phased out the use of R22 Freon for residential air conditioning systems. It is no longer available for purchase and it has become increasingly difficult and costly to repair these units as they age. We strongly encourage you to start budgeting for your replacement unit.
