Annual Oil Heating Maintenance

During your heating system's annual 15 - point precision tune-up, our technicians perform the following to ensure that your heating equipment is properly maintained and running at peak efficiency:

• Clean heat exchanger
• Inspect, clean out (if needed) combustion chamber
• Clean and inspect flue pipe
• Replace oil filter pump strainer, and nozzle
• Test ignition transformer
• Clean, inspect Cad–cell eye
• Clean burner wheel
• Inspect blast tube
• Check for oil leaks
• Check oil burner and circulator motors
• Check calibration of all operating controls
• Check all oil burner safety controls
• Check fan belts and adjust or replace if needed
• Replace air filters
• Conduct full combustion and efficiency test and provide test documentation
